Typically, foundations and a modest domestic extension can be completed within 1 week. Obviously larger projects will take longer and are assessed individually.
No we do not usually carry out the excavations.
The excavation requirements will be stated on your quotation, however, generally 650mm deep x 450mm.
A quotation can usually be produced without a site visit. However, a free site visit can be requested.
Yes, we provide a design service which will be itemised separately on your quotation, we will also forward these on and liaise with the relevant authorities.
We will arrange visits by the relevant authorities prior to any concrete being placed.
The piles are to be marked out by others, we will provide the pile layout, however this is the responsibility of the ground works contractor/building contractor who will be working from the architects drawings.
No, we are self-sufficient.
Typically we work on 2 – 3 lead in period from receipt of order. This could potentially be reduced dependent upon size of project and our current workload.
Our quotations do not include the VAT.
